Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’m sticking around.
Founder & Chief Kindness Officer of BULLY GUM. High schooler, artist, unapologetic optimist. She believes the fastest way to change a culture is to hand the mic — and the crayons — to the students actually living it.

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
— Mahatma Gandhi
How BULLY GUM got sticky.
Rachel started BULLY GUM as a high schooler after watching too many friends silently carry too much. A student, artist and unapologetic optimist, she believes the fastest way to change a culture is to hand the mic — and the crayons — to the people actually living it: students.
From one homeroom sticker packet to a national community of teen-led chapters, Rachel has built BULLY GUM on one belief: real change on bullying and mental health happens when students lead it themselves.
The ripple, chronologically.
Teen artists turn their designs into real merch drops that fund student-led programming.
A growing student-led community of chapters, sponsors and school partners — with big plans for next semester.
New chapter cohorts opening in more schools, a national summit for student leads, and the next Designs for Good drop.
What we stand for.
Teens first
Every program is co-designed with the students it serves.
Art is the mic
Creative expression is our loudest tool for change.
Kindness with receipts
We measure ripple, not vibes. And we publish it.
No stigma, no gatekeeping
Mental health talk is normal here. So is asking for help.
